Mr. Duff's practice concentrates on zoning, land-use, and construction issues, as well as business and commercial disputes. He has extensive experience in appellate practice matters and in representing municipal corporations and other political subdivisions.

Mr. Duff is a member of the American Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association. He is the immediate past-Chair of the Appellate Courts Committee for the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association's Litigation Section.

Mr. Duff was a member of the Board of Trustees for Ruffing Montessori School from July 2002 until June 2009, and served as its President for 2007-2008. He was a member of the Board of Directors for Drug-Free Action Alliance, a statewide organization, from July 2002 until June 2008, and served as its President for 2005-2006.
